Excel Rubix
Description
This program was written by Justin, whose first major VBA project you can find here, which also looks cool.
Justin wrote that he started with Jeff's file, below, for inspiration, but 'basically remade the entire thing (although still utilizing the simple copy-paste method), and made a few improvements of my own'. I hope some of you reading this take inspiration from that, and work up improvements of your own to other files on this site, and share them back. Great work, Justin!
Description
This program was written by Jeff.
The interface takes a little getting used to for this one. The cube is "unfolded" into a cross shape, so the four outermost faces are really all the same face of the cube. Rotate one turn along any of the possible positions by entering the number in the user input box, cell [c3].
The VBA is open for inspection, although as Jeff himself put it, there's not much there. It makes good use of Worksheet_Change, but the rotations are just a lot of Copy.PasteSpecial calls. The purpose of the Analysis tab escapes me.
If, like me, you are color-blind, it will probably be helpful to change the font on the cube's surface to make the numbers readable. Even with that, it will provide a new challenge to Rubix Cube fans. I can solve a real world cube, but this one baffles my mind. Guess my hands understand the puzzle better than my brain does!

Tim: The game is wrong... the colours can be in the wrong places, for example a block will have the same colour next to each other on two different sides, and the middle squares aren't all different colours. It's impossible to complete! Literally!
Levi: whew! i cant even make a base!
Clarisse: waaaaaaa.. d q madownload =))
Mark: Michael: if you think the program needs fixing, then fix it and send it along! I'll post it...

bry: its noot working... it says macros are not working..
Michael: I think your programing is wrong. In many instances I've seen a color matched to the same color on it's other side. Also, when I put in a move, it won't move them like a real cube.
